“Beautiful property and Ted, who checked us in, was just wonderful.”

“Josh, the manager was amazing! He was so helpful to me and my family. I honestly believe this is the best hotel I've stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds, including several international spots. They had little special things too- drinks like bottled water and soda, along with ice cream bars free of charge. Laundry was also free. A great place!!!”

“C’est le plus bel endroit où j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner. Tout était parfait, le personnel accueillant et souriant. Le seul bémol est que nous avons trouvé les stationnements trop loin de l’entrée de l’hôtel et qu’il n’y avait pas de charriot pour transporter nos bagages.”

“This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! ”

“We arrived after a long drive and there was no hot water. They rented the hotel to a group that had a party till 2:30 in the morning and then partied in the rooms after that. (The website for the group said it was a hotel takeover). We called down twice to have the music turned down. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. ”

“Recent renovations are great. Hotel is modern, open, bright. Rooms are very clean, nicely appointed and I like the hardware floors rather than carpet. Really appreciate the walk-in shower instead of a tub. Well done. Really nice to have an on-site restaurant and bar. Had a very enjoyable meal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And of course the cookies are amazing!!”

“This hotel is a great place to stay, decorated with mining memorabilia, which is a nice nod to the region. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. My negative comments are that the towels are not soft and fluffy, they feel like rags (sorry!). The situation with the TV is lame too. The only way you can watch TV is by logging in with your own subscriptions, there is no local cable or TV offered. The hotel was pretty dead when we were there, not sure how much...

“The check in was great I called on the road as we arriving earlier than expected and Heather had a room waiting for us when we arrived. Very accommodating! Room was clean all staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“Menu déjeuner pas grand chose. Lit confortable. J’ai payé PayPal et on m’a exigé en plus un dépôt de 50$ sur ma carte de crédit. Ils appellent ça dépôt de sécurité qu’il devrait me remettre. Première fois qu’un hôtel nous demande ça.”

“The room was clean and nicely decorated. The check-in process was convenient, as I could check in at any time after 4 pm once I received the code.”
