En general estuvo muy bien, el cuarto pequeño, pero muy cómodo, para el precio super bien, lo.unico es que no teníamos agua caliente, nunca preguntamos si se tenía que pedir ese servicio por aparte, pero nos gustó y regresaremos en otra ocasión.

Horribles habitaciones
Economico si y horrible también, habitaciones sucias, paredes manchadas, polvo en los muebles, colchon viejo y base de la cama rota y parchada, baño sin agua caliente y toallas rotas y manchadas. No me fui porque ya habia pagado 3 noches.

El personal muy amable las instalaciones muy mal
Todo el personal con el que interactúe fueron muy amables y cordiales, siempre tuvieron buena actitud para resolver mis necesidades, en la habitación que me reasignaron funcionó muy bien el internet, las instalaciones son antiguas y se ven descuidadas, paredes sucias fuga de agua en el baño, huele a humedad la iluminación de la habitación es muy baja, las cortinas se ven sucias el estacionamiento es pequeño pero finalmente cubría mis necesidades de que mi vehículo estuviera seguro pero da un aspecto desordenado ver muebles de baño como escombro en el
Piso del estacionamiento. Me quedo con el buen servicio del personal y la ayuda que me dieron con el wifi para terminar el horario escolar de mis hijos

Ubicación excelente, todo cerca, restaurantes, lugares históricos, servicios, etc.
Solo dos detalles que pudieran mejorar, la recepcionista de la tarde nada servicial y al preguntar x un lugar específico me mando a otro lado. El último día el agua en lavabo y regadera salía como chocolatosa.

El amabilidad del personal es lo único bueno. Lo que no me gustó son las habitaciones se escucha todo, incluso el roncar o conversaciónes de otras habitaciones. Había una gotera y nos cambiaron de habitación y en la otra una cucaracha.

The property was nice. Close to the historic center.
The problem was not the hotel but Travelocity. Travelocity confirmed my reservation but the hotel did not receive it. They checked and checked. I tried to call Travelocity but the call would not go through.
It had to pay the hotel for rooms after I already paid Travelocity. Not fun. Now I need to wait until I get home to get a refund from Travelocity. This is the second time. Never using Travelocity again. What would I have done at 9:30 at night if the hotel had been sold out????

Cuenta con lo estrictamente necesario para llegar y descansar.
La ubicación está bastante bien (en mi caso lo principal) en zona muy tranquila y con lugares para comer y hacer compras
