“The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!”

“Pros: Safe, clean, friendly staff, good location, economical. Cons: Housekeeping. We stayed for almost two weeks. Initially it was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The staff are friendly. But the housekeeping was disappointing. After the first couple of days when nothing was done in the room, we started to hang the sign daily. There was no response. After a week we asked at the front desk for the linens to be changed. And had to ask again. It was like we were putting them out, frankly....

“I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there.”
