Eden Bay Mornington
8/10 Good
"Compact rooms. Rooms come with tea, milk, sugar, kettle, fridge, microwave and a TV. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear others walking around. Overall, it was good and worth the price."
Seahorse Motel

"Stayed for three nights for a family event. The staff were great, welcoming on checking in, friendly and polite when interacting through out the stay. The room was clean and tidy, had basic facilities in the room. Good base to explore Phillip Island on foot (a short walk to the beach, mini golf, and local shops), or drive (approx. 10-15 minutes from Penguin Parade, Winery, Chocolatier, Vietnam Veterans Museum, Farm etc). Off-street parking outside room."

Mornington Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A solid stay that ticks all the boxes. I arrived expecting a fairly compact room and was pleasantly surprised by the generous space. The quiet atmosphere made for genuinely restful nights, which is increasingly rare in hospitality these days. The pub meal was proper quality at a good price. Executed well, the kind of food that makes you think the kitchen actually cares. Logistically, they've got it sorted. Late-night arrivals and early departures were hassle-free, which matters more than most hotels seem to realise. Access in and out was simple and easy. Best for: Travellers who value comfort, quiet, and convenience over frills. Business travellers, couples, anyone wanting a reliable base without the fuss."
