"Breakfast good when not invaded by kids. Hot tub was useless ice cold, would not heat up even after appeal to mgmt. Dishwasher flooded floor, but Mgmt compensated. Sneaky parking charges not mentioned until bill presented at end"

"Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. Pool towels were half the size of a bath towel. Elevators were hit and miss majority of our stay. Several restaurants and a Target within walking distance and view of hotel. Overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay again!!"

The property itself is top-tier, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I felt safe throughout my entire stay, which made it even more relaxing. The facilities offered plenty of space to walk, sit, read, and simply enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast was another highlight, hot, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. I want to give a special shoutout to Ed, the Building Engineer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his kindness. It’s not often you come across someone so attentive and personable, and he made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be back!"

"I totally enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The room was very big and spacious, and well appointed. It’s smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. The front desk clerk greeted me with a smile, which was a pleasant surprise in this day and age. They were all efficient and well mannered. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning, quite a selection and a beautiful space to sit and start your day. I love this location. I will be back when I’m in the area again for sure. "
