"Room was clean and staff very pleasant"

"I killed a roach before I left, I never leave reviews but boy what a mess. I only booked this because I wanted to be close to the airport and my flight wasn’t leaving till later that night I just was at the comfort inn in auburn but had to check out so I opted to going to this hotel. I only chose this place for three reasons airport shuttle being included, I needed somewhere to smoke my grass and it was 5 mins away from the airport. When I got in my room I was immediately disgusted with the smell of mold you look at the couch and it is discolored and looks like you would catch something if you touch it. I normally wipe most things down when I go to a hotel but I had to wipe down everything I planned on touching or using. The remotes for the tv were covered in some white stains. I wanted to shower I opted to a bird bath because there was a clump of hair in the tub. I didn’t feel like going to another dirty room so I didn’t complain but the room was not property cleaned. I needed to sleep thankfully I had my own blanket that is huge so I was able to throw that on the bed to get some rest. I was able to smoke my grass in the room because the fire alarms were removed and all I can see is the wires hanging from the ceiling. That was a plus for me only because I didn’t feel like standing outside but that is a safely concern. The shuttle does not bring u to departures it brings you to arrivals where the taxis are FYI AND THE DRIVER IS RUDE. I would not recommend ever! "

"Shower only had cold water, older looking rooms in need of an update, not enough pillows and pillows were small. Toilet roll fixture was broken. Was charged extra once we arri ed at the hotel to stay in the main wing of the hotel (this extra charge wasn't advertised on Expedia anywhere, so it was surprisingly when the front desk informed us that would be the case."

"Absolute bare minimum hotel experience. We got stuck on the first floor which is actually a mildewed basement. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. It's a relatively safe and convenient airport hotel, but the linens, surfaces, service, and food is minimum acceptable standard for the brand. As long as you know that you'll be good."

"Staff was professional and personable. Room was reasonably clean, although does need a thorough cleaning. Air conditioning and heating were excellent. We stay here a lot due to shows and medical procedures. Will continue to use this hotel. Convenient and prices are awesome, especially in this day and age."
