He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. "air conditioner not working, nobody to take our bags, have to do all yourself, also when you checkout. Restaurant in hotel was terrible, had to wait nearly an hour for food, the place was empty. Also safe in the room not working, staff not helpful and all i would want a refund for my stay."
