“The ice machines don’t work but the room was clean”

“Room was dirty and the door didn't shut all the way closed”

“The room had cockroaches, toilets was broken room smells stinky”

“Had unwanted roaches in the room. Door was not secured properly, warm water only never reached hot, no cable was Roku tv only had to have staff set wifi, needed wifi password for phone and was refused access. During check in we were ran down with massive rules and ways of them keeping your $100 deposit. None which were mentioned on Expedia. Towels exchange once a week only. We could not even enjoy the stay due to walking on eggshells to accommodate the sergeant hotel staff.”

“The motel is perfectly simple and good pricing. They supply you with basic needs in the room that some other hotels don't give. There was one problem i had wit a room wen i first got these three. But the staff is very helpful and charged my room immediately. I honestly found everything perfect”

“My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, and the hotel looked old. The breakfast was very limited: there was only bread to toast and coffee—not even any juice. The room was also not cleaned during our stay. On top of that, I still haven’t received the $100 deposit they charged. It’s a shame because the location is excellent, but I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.”
