Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was good except no microwave. Very pet friendly! Just be aware that other people staying in there aren't too pet friendly, and just keep in mind to always have close to you when coming out the room.l ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A STAFFY OR PIT . OTHERWISE all good 👍 👌

Definitely not your long vacation spot. Extremely small room, bathroom door falling apart, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, sink not attached to counter. Ac worked great but sounds like a jet engine turning on every time it starts. For a single night stay only type of place.

Needed a new battery for the smoke alarm, kept chirping as soon as we entered the room. front desk said he did not have one. Did I want to check out, how crazy is that!! Gave permission for me to remove the battery, therefore no working smoke alarm all night in room. Toilet kept running intermittently. During checking in clerk said no room that I reserved was available, said they were full but did find a room, said it was an upgrade no charge. No a very good experience at all.

Very dirty, smells like cats/dogs, leaking tub/shower, hair from previous guests, uncomfortable pillows (only two small ones for a queen size) and bedsheet that was meant more for a full that didnt cover mattress. Area is quiet overall, but quality of hotel is terrible for the cost, and very deplorable. On the way to check out, we saw roaches climbing the wall by the soda machine

My stay was overall pleasant—super comfy bed and cold A/C made for great rest! The location was a big plus, close to plenty of great spots. However, cleaning could’ve been better—leftover soaps in the bathroom weren’t ideal. Also, having to reset key cards daily was a hassle for a longer stay.

No surface in the entire hotel was clean-dark unwashes carpet, splatters on walls, and the hallways smelled like cat pee and rotting garbage. The rooms were much cleaner than the hallways, but the bedding was moist and soggy. I was surprised how unclean it was. The staff was really friendly.

Leaves & other particles were floating in the pool; Hallways were not vacuumed. Yet the staff was typically helpful and friendly when requested and the outside area was fairly maintained.
