"This property is falling apart. The tiles in the bathroom floor have all come up and are loose, which present a tripping hazard. There is mold on the ceiling above the shower. The door locks only work half of the time and the shower handle was loose and came off. We rented multiple rooms and the conditions were similar. For the price point this is unacceptable."
