The private onsen was all we hoped for it would be. The Kaiseki dinner and the breakfast is also worth noting, the ingredients are seasonal and fresh and every dish had been delicious. I'd like to come back every season to enjoy nature like this."

BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara

10/10 Excellent

"I liked everything about the hotel, especially the service received from Yoshika (sp?) at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. WITH A SMILE, he helped us with so much from learning how to start the washer/dryers to calling restaurants to see if we could get in, to providing restaurant suggestions, to answering our many questions when he seemed to be extremely busy. I know a spirit of excellence when I see it…he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Yoshika was GENUINELY committed to making our experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and we greatly appreciate that. I would highly recommend this hotel just on him alone!"
