"We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings."

"We loved our stay at the Port. We were in town for a wedding and this was a very convenient and pleasant stay. Walkable to a bunch of cute spots along the waterfront. The one thing I didn't appreciate was the slight attitude we got from one of the housekeepers. We were staying with our service animal, and this particular staff member made several comments that implied she didn't believe our dog was a service animal. For example, as I was going down the stairs in the morning to let our dog out, she was coming up the stairs. "Room 214 right? The seeervice animal". "Her tone was dismissive, as though she was questioning whether the dog was actually a service animal. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Everything else was great, but the staff should be more accommodating to those who need service animals. This kind of skepticism can be both hurtful and legally problematic."
