"****Our tv and phones didnt work due to no WIFI consistently working on property. ***** We stayed 6 days and needed better wifi boost throught property and to our room. It works at the office. We were bored because this location had no pool and with no consistent working wifi and spotty wifi for our phones in the room to relax was terrible!!! We asked first day for tv service to be fixed. It wasnt and no credit was offered to replace what we paid for and never recieved!!! Floors made out socks filthy in room. And sidewalks and building outside need a good pressure wash. Our window would not open or crack open on mian floor by stairs either. Vents for air conditioners also smell like mold."

"Second time staying here. One elevator was out of service, so coming and going was difficult. No ice on the floor we were on because that was out of service too. Restaurant in the hotel had a phenomenal breakfast, but was short-staffed and very slow going. The room was great. The staff was great."

"The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel."
