"Room was not very maintained but clean, pool areas are open at very selective hours; unless you are only at the resort it’s hard to use the pool. Waterside was not open at all during our stay. Parking was easy to use."

"Extremely long walks and multiple elevators from parking, to front desk and to the room. At least 20 minutes each way. Felt more like a large airport than a hotel. No coffee maker in the room. $37 for one pot of coffee to be delivered to the room. No thanks. The $55/day resort fee is really just an up charge for nothing. No place to leave the car while you check in and check out. Not a single place to sit down while waiting in the lobby. 45 minutes for our bags to come down from the room after we called for it. On the positive side: the room was large, quiet, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. All staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful.."
