"Staff were lovely and good breakfast, but the room is very tired. Cracked walls, rotted window frames, aged furnishings, old creaky bed, faulty lights. Just needs some investment."

"Hotel is very run down and in urgent need of an upgrade. Very disappointed overall, particularly as have stayed at other Leonardo hotels and they were great (hence why we booked this one). All staff were very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame that they have to work in an environment that is so run down. Upon complaining about general state of facilities we did receive a 50% refund, so big thanks to the manager for his understanding. The Leonardo chain should be ashamed that one of its hotels is in such a bad state."
