Mugello, Tuscany hotel rooms at the NH Hotels

My husband and I ended our 10 day tour of Italy here, with a 2 night stay. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind before our long trip back to the United States.Our room was perfect; the bed comfortable and shower beautifully upgraded. Absolutely beautiful hotel. They have thought of everything- so comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable!

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Lovely location and pleasant host.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites are so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed, bedding, furniture and all the amenities in the apartment make you feel right at home. It was immaculate. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool with its gorgeous views. Quiet and beautiful location. No AC, can be warm in hot weather, did have two fans for help in sleeping. Excellent place for a quiet getaway, lovely hosts.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Amazing beautiful rooms!!!

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Everything was perfect, cleanliness is top notch, staff is super helpful and friendly, Yehia is such a professional and nice guy. The hotel is super cozy and very central location!
