"OK, but some issues!
First of all, the hotel is in a pretty good location, Florence’s city centre is all quite close with one another, which made it easy to walk through.
Initial greeting with attendants was poor, we weren’t sure which doorbell it was and we pressed a few times and she came in yelling at us, even though we were standing for 10-15 minutes in the peak heat. Most of the staff we were seeing all seemed pretty annoyed all the time.
The AC doesn’t work, you’re left with two fans....
