"Close to restaurants and train. Room a good size. Breakfast was abysmal no room service, tea and coffee only available 2 floors down. Elevator was truly scary, dropped every time you got in it. Had problems with toilet not attached to floor, bathroom door handle fell off and mosquitoes in bathroom, but they did fix all the problems very quickly. The shower was in the bath which was very narrow and the shower head was on side with bath taps below it which made it difficult to shower. Beds were very narrow. The staff were friendly and very helpful."

"The hotel Is nice and very centrally located rooms are small and the biggest problem is the shower is like a capsule of 3.5’x3.5’ i which you can hardly move without hitting yourselves everywhere Honestly I have never been a hotel with a shower that small Hotel breakfast was really good Thanks Jose"

"Beautiful property with priceless views. The on-site restaurant also offered a nice light lunch. The pool area could have been spruced up a bit with some better furniture, but the room was beautiful. Be careful when using the shower as well as it is easy for the water to spray onto the floor. Make sure you understand where the property is located before booking as it is quite a ways outside of Florence city center. I rented a car and drove through the Tuscan hills to arrive."
