Money worth hotel- very recommended
My room was upgraded to 19th floor. All staffs whenever I met, are very nice to talk to me asking how's stay. The sewview is also the very best, very recommend. Free gift and event makes me felt happy. The room is very very clean and comprtable! And the hotel is just in front of the gate of mumbai. Perfect location.

아주 좋았어요. 특히 룸 업글 서비스...
굉장히 만족하였고 호텔에 분위기 있는 스타벅스도 있고 주변의 멋진 건물들도 좋았습니다. 또한 비자 프리미엄 카드로 결제하니 룸 업글도 되어 더욱 즐거운 숙박이 되었습니다.

We had been upgraded from the Taj tower to the Taj Palace however the rooms felt very old fashioned and not up to par with the likes of Trident or JW. We had asked about checkout to be extended as per our convo with Ruhi. However again unlike other hotels which allow late checkout by 3-4pm, Taj doesn’t follow. The room had bare minimum toiletries and I had to call them to get toiletries for two people as it looked as it was packed only for 1 person. Later in the day we looked at their pool area which I think could have been better with mosquito repellants and a few outside fans. This is something trident hotel does. Again, a little thing can go a long way. Having dinner there was also quite pricy, around 3k per person. The fee isn’t the issue until u see the variety of food available, which did feel like it was leftover. I would def recommend seeing other 5 star hotels dinner as for the same cost the variety is more. Same for breakfast, variety is 1/3 of what I’ve seen at 5 stars. Also, later in the evening, I called 3 separate telephone lines to connect to housekeeping, front desk, concierge, and eventually operator also in hope to get in touch with someone to bring bed sheets. I don’t think I’ve been to a hotel in Mumbai where each call I rang for 20 times and yet no one picked up. While the hotel is surely vintage, classic, and the oldest hotel in Mumbai - I think it has a lot of catching up to do to consider itself amongst the modern hotels.

We had a fun stay at the distinctive Taj Palace! My elderly parents and I appreciated the Taj tour given by a dedicated historian, as also the courtesy of all the staff including housekeeping who went all out to make us comfortable. My teenager enjoyed the pool service, with towels and water bottles being delivered to her without asking:) And a shout out to the wonderful bookseller who gave us excellent recommendations.

We have stayed at some nice hotels and resorts around the world, and by far this was the best. Yes, the rooms and everything the hotel offers is 5 stars, but for us, what made this experience amazing was the staff. Every single person that works there go above and beyond to make the customers feel comfortable and welcome, and they truly do it from the heart, with pride and genuine care, not because they have to and it’s their job. Unimaginable hospitality
Fantastic experience. Everyone is doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable, from the entry door to the hotel to the concierge, check in, restaurants, bell boy and even the floor manager for housekeeping, Mr. Rahol. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The Taj Mahul Palace is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel itself was kept immaculately clean. A fabulous experience.

Great choice in Bombay!
Great Hotel, good location right at the Gateway Arch, beautiful pool area and very attentive staff. Would stay again in a heart beat. Loved it.

Staying at the Towers is half the price as staying in the ‘main’, older part of the hotel but you are still part of the hotel and closer to the reception and breakfast restaurants. Big spacious room though the shower itself is a good size the shower room is small, that’s the only downside. Expensive to eat in the restaurants but beautiful and have to say the Chinese restaurant was fantastic. Lovely pool area with children having to be with an adult, so very relaxing. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of things and about an hour from the airport in good traffic!
