The staff is so wonderful! The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. There was construction going on near by so it was pretty noisy. Overall, great experience!

Great option for your stay in Munich
A greet option for your stay in Munich. Large, clean room with king size bed. Really quiet if your bedroom is on the courtyard side.

The room was clean, modern, cleaning service daily. The bed was firm but not hard or uncomfortable. The room I had was what in the US we would consider a Queen size bed, they gave two twin size comforters for the bed though. All the main centers for tourist were near by a 10-15 minute walk to many things. I was able to walk a block from the main train station to the hotel.

Great hotel within walking distance of Octoberfest. My only complaint would be the one flat pillow that you get. Not even any extra pillows in the cupboard.

Across the board disappointment. Couldnt wait to leave. Staff put trash on my nightstands, never cleaned it in ~week stay, towels were rough, toiletries were awful. Area was sooooo loud that my apple watch "loud noises can permanently impact your hearing" alarm went off constantly in the middle of the night. A/C did not work. Using sink, as it filled up, debris from drain would come up.....

We loved staying at the Relaxa, it is a first class hotel and is very handy for all the amenities. The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. Hotel room was large with very comfy bed. Nicely decorated. Will be back

Nice place handy to everything. One staff member was not nice at all. So unfortunately we won’t go back. Get back after a busy day our room wasn’t serviced I called to ask why. She replied you have to book it the day before all guests are told that when the arrive. If I had of been told I wouldn’t have been asking. Do you speak English. Abruptly of course. Free drink on arrival. Went to get our free drink bar doesn’t operate anymore. See what I can find. Get back late after our concert there were at least 6 people in the bar. Shame nice clean place.

An excellent modern hotel close to Munich HBF. Location was quiet, but you can walk to restaurants a few blocks away. Also in a walkable distance to the old town. We had two rooms for three nights. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Modern shower, good bath amenities. No amenities in the room (tea or coffee were lacking). Would definitely stay again.

Easily-accessible, good transport links, shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was clean and modern. The area was not so quiet with traffic, police cars, and construction work adding to noise.

Modern design, but there is little privacy.
Pretty good price and room, but the bed was a little soft and saggy such that you could feel the indention of where people had slept, especially from the mid back through thigh area. Replace worn mattresses, please! The bathroom was modern, but the design allowed for little privacy. There needs to be a door between the main bedroom and the bath area. The shower door is clear glass so that a guest laying in bed directly sees all shower activity. I don't think this is nice, or sexy, even with the one you love. It's not a good idea. The opaque door to the actual toilet area is "kind of" private, but not really. I don't like that either, unless there is an outer door to the whole bathroom area. USB plugs would be helpful. A coffee maker would be appreciated.

The Relexa Hotel was wonderful! Extremely close to the metro which was super convenient and close to Munichs old town. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating; we were able to check-in early as requested since we would we arriving very early in the morning, they also gave us the option to leave our luggage there in case the room was not ready for our arrival. The hotel was very clean and spacious as well. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Excellent clean hotel, with great breakfast. Very good location for public transport. I would stay there again. No usb sockets in rooms was a surprise in such modern rooms.
