"Building exterior is obviously amazing, location is amazing being so close to the train station, food, and shopping. My only complaint is the walls are super thin so we could hear our upstairs neighbours all night. They weren’t even being excessively loud, simple things like opening curtains/drawers, moving chairs and walking could be heard loudly below. Also windows weren’t super sound proof so we could hear bike bells and people yelling outside at night. Also one of our towels in the bathroom had a huge hole in the middle of it??? Other than that our experience was good, room was small, but clean. Ac was a little loud but very cold. Good room for the affordable price"

"We stayed for three nights. For two of the nights, our AC was not cooling. We complained multiple times. It was so bad because it was so hot outside. Finally, on the third night, we were able to move to another floor and then the AC was working fine. Breakfast was very good. We arrived early and asked for early check-in. My son was not feeling good and really needed to rest. No rooms were available, which was understandable. But once people started checking out, I thought they might prioritize to get one of our rooms cleaned first. But no, we had to wait till very close to check-in time. We explained how our son was not feeling good and if they could do anything to get that room clean sooner, but unfortunately, nothing happened. For the amount of money we paid for this room, I expected much better."

"We paid the €21 for a breakfast twice. Get there early for the best choice. Some hot food. The hotel is a 10minute walk to the town centre. It’s a nice little town. We were there to meet up with a relative but did some tourist stuff. The 45 min boat cruise for €6.5 each was well worth it and comes right past the hotel. We managed to get a parking space on site. Icecream shops in town lovely."

"A very welcoming hotel in an ideal spot in west Amsterdam. Boasts some of the most quiet and comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Great food, excellent showers and a decent sauna and steam room. A slightly odd thing when I asked for a drink in the bar one evening and was told “you can only order outside”, this seemed very odd when I regarded the dozens of empty seats and tables inside, which apparently I could not use."
