โI was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasnโt, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture wouldโve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. โ

โIt was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!โ
โReally enjoyed our stay at the Kestrel. Its central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Philadelphia. We walked everywhere but some sites may be too far for others. We especially loved how close it was to Reading Market which quickly became our go-to breakfast and snack spot. Would add that their communications were extremely thorough and that helped things go smoothly. โ

โWas easy to access, comfortable, though more lighting in the room might have been nice. The property manager also came across as somewhat passive-aggressive.โ
โVery clean, convenient area with plenty of areas reachable by walking. I asked to check in one hour early and they were able to help me since the room was already clean and ready.โ
โIt was an awesome place. The restaurant looks very good but we always seemed to be ahead of there schedules. No offstreet parking but a lot down the block for $25 a dayโ
โBeautiful and aesthetically pleasing hotel! Both restaurants served delicious food. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff provided impeccable service! Canโt wait to stay again. โ
