"All was excellent."

"Stayed 2 times, about 10 days apart (before and after cruise). To be fair, this was right before FIFA World Cup start. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed both times, lines were backing up at check in / check out times and the single elevator out of service didn’t help. The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of commission during both stays. Housekeeping uses a reverse open door, but the same elevators with a priority lockout. In effect, staff was bumping guest for priority. Several times during second stay, the mandatory card key system failed to register and passengers could not ascend to their floors. The elevator would “take the code” then do nothing. Several groups were escorted to the stairs. Not acceptable for a 10+ story hotel that is in the $300 range. Breakfast was pre heated buffet. Value is debatable. Parking at $65.00 a day is inline with urban Seattle. The actual rooms were nice and modern but getting there was more of a challenge than it should have been. Plus: Hydration + ice machine should be in ALL HOTELs to cut down disposable plastic use. Great innovation!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. This was my third stay there and certainly was not disappointed. The beds are the most comfortable ever, the room was quiet, and we loved the lotion. Afternoon coffee and cookies, not to mention delicious cold water, just made the day even better. The staff was exceptional, at all hours. The location is perfect, walking distance to Seattle Center."

"Top notch experience, got a room with "Space Needle" view it was awsome. Breakfast was succulent and filling 😋 Easy access to my cruise 🛳 66 pier. Only Neg, could not secure seating for 8 at the rooftop but just down the street was an awsome Mexican restaurant, it turned out fine. All the best!"

"This place was immaculately clean and well cared for. The hosts were amazing, kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and felt safe and comfortable. This 2 bedroom had absolutely everything you could ever need. The second bedroom is a trundle bed and it was also very comfortable. This unit is located in a quiet residential area. The gardens were divine and beautifully landscaped. It was a joy to sit on the covered patio and look at them and listen to the birds after sight seeing all day. I can’t say enough about the owners. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. FIFA was going on while we’re in town. It is about a 40-45 minute drive into Vancouver. We purposely booked here because we wanted to be close enough to the city but not in it."
