1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)

2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance.
I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave...

โThe outside of the resort is starting to look a little โtiredโ but the room was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite good. The continental breakfast, although simple, was quite adequate. The receptionist was very helpful.โ
