La habitación es algo antigua y no estaba del todo limpia. La cama no es muy cómoda. Y no dispone de aire acondicionado. Parece que el hotel y el restaurante van por separado. Para comer, el restaurante está bastante bien. Para desayunar, por 9€, es vergonzoso, un zumo radioactivo. las rebanadas de pan de molde dentro de bolsas de pan hacendado, no hacen porque se vea decente, no por la marca, sino por la presentación, y es bastante escasa la oferta del desyuno.

El alojamiento está bien en general, aunque la cama un poco dura y en el baño la mampara no cubría lo suficiente para que el agua no saliese. El personal es amable. Lo que no nos gustó es que el sábado estaban haciendo una fiesta en el restaurante del hotel hasta altas horas de la mañana que dificultaban el sueño, creo que al estar el bar en el hotel, el horario debían haberlo limitado.

La première chambre était mal nettoyée. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous les lit et nous avons trouvé des chaussettes sales dans le tiroir d'une des table de nuit. Le robinet de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien, la douche a d'ailleurs lâché le lendemain matin. La réceptionniste nous a déménagé dans une nouvelle chambre. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits de basse qualité. Le beurre était périmé depuis plusieurs jours. Le jambon de volaille était présenté sur un simple plateau de plastique, sans réfrigération ni protection contre la poussière et les mouches. Notre sentiment était de résider dans un établissement sans moyen, laissant le personnel démuni face au clients. Les propriétaires doivent sérieusement relever le niveau et renforcer le staff. Cest très dommage, l'établissement est bien situé.

Buen trato por parte del personal dejándonos entrar a hacer el check-in antes de su hora habitual. Hotel bien situado para recorrer la zona de san juan de gaztelugatxe, bermeo o mundaka. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias

El Hotel Ibaguine no ofrece los servicios acorde con el precio que tiene. Llegamos a las 13,45h y no había nadie en recepción, había un cartel en la puerta que indicaba el horario hasta las 14,30h y un tlf al que llamar, y lo hice, el recepcionista (muy amable), me indicó que cogiera la llave del armario, sírvase usted mismo. En ese momento estaban las limpiadoras haciendo las habitaciones, y una de ella a voces estaba soltando improperios según hablaba por tlf. A la entrada del hotel, nos llamó la atención un cenicero lleno a rebosar de colillas (esto como carta de presentación). La habitación en sí no estaba mal, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. El cuarto de baño muy muy antiguo, nos duchamos con chanclas, más por lo viejo de la bañera, que porque estuviera sucia, aunque daba esa sensación. Es una pena, porque el hotel está en enclave muy bonito, aunque necesita de una reforma urgente. No lo recomendaría a nadie, y tampoco volvería.

La suciedad, los techos llenos de telarañas, y los hongos en el baño hicieron la estancia muy incómoda, y eso que solo estuvimos el tiempo de dormir. La insonorización es muy débil, se oye hasta la vibración y tono de los mensajes del móvil de la habitación de al lado. Además la señalización del hotel es muy pobre, me pasé la entrada incluso yendo despacio. Como pros decir que la cama es bastante cómoda, las vistas muy buenas, cuenta con bastante parking gratis y el personal es muy amable.
