"My stay was fine. The beds were standard comfy and had the usual spot for your chargers and the lockers were big. I felt safe at the hostel but the cleaning and showers - omg. Never seen so much hair and stains in toilets! I saw cleaners frequently but the bathrooms were always disgusting! There were no bins in the showers or by the sinks so people left their contacts, floss and rubbish everywhere! The showers were designed by an idiot. "10/10 recommended!! Excellent, lovely, professional, respectful staff. The whole time we were there, we really thought we were the only ones there, thats how private and calm the environment is. Breakfast by the chef was exquisite!! Made us feel like we were home. The spa tub came in handy after long walks. Definitely going to be coming back to this hotel. Security in the hotel is always aware of its host. They were happy to give us a tour around the hotel, that by the way is VERY interesting....
