“We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. “This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee. They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people. I will never stay this hotel again!”

“Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. “A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property.
