โWe feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. โ
โThis was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!โ
โThis has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!โ

โHostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. โ
โThis was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast.
Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly.โ
โThe VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!โ
โSe me hizo muy practico y comodo, tiene una cocina y comedor de muy buen tamaรฑo, dos habitaciones para 4 personas en total, todo esta bastante cerca caminando.
El desayuno ofrecido muy rico y ayuda para estar listo para los paseos.

โEl cuarto mejor imposible excelente vista la calefaccion mejor imposible baรฑo de calidad hace falta un poco de comodidades como hervidor refrigerador pero no era impedimiento para salir impresionado del hotel. Lo unico malo y lo que no me gusto era que se escucha todo lo de la pieza de alado falta un poco de privacidad. Seria ideal que hicieran algo para los sonidos de las habitaciones de alado... restaurant llegamos el primer dia la cena que no era a la carta estaba mucho mejor que el 2do dia...
