Waiters at steamboat dinner and breakfast were fantastic, so friendly but very professional , nothing was too much trouble. could not fault them in any way. Checkin/checkout staff lovely and welcoming. Concierge staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel furnishings and atmosphere lovely. Enjoyed the games room and snooker table. ”
“Eine wunderschöne, überschaubare und ruhige Anlage im britischen, altmodischem Kolonialstil Da die Anlage etwas außerhalb des Ortes liegt, ( 15 Min zu Fuß), hat man einen fantastischen Panorama Blick. Die Häuser sehen aus wie in Hobbiton. Alles ein wenig charmant in die Jahre gekommen und man fühlt sich zurückversetzt. Alles liebevoll angelegt, Blumen, Figuren, Fotos etc. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren 3 Nächte dort.”

룸은 별도 거실도 있고 시설은 좋으나 청소상태가 극히 불량하여 바닥 여러곳에 공사중 얼룩이 많이 남아 있습니다.(룸을 2번 변경했으나 동일한 상태 - 입주자청소와 같은 대청소가 필요함)
조식은 게스트하우스 수준이며, 주변 환경은 카메론 다운타운에 위치하여 식당, 기념품 샵 등이 많이 있어 편리합니다. ”

“Excellent 1 night stay in the Lakehouse. Had a afternoon tea set, dinner and breakfast. I was generally satisfied with the food(especially bread!) but wanted more variety of the breakfast buffet considering hotel fee.
