"The hotel is Beautiful, staff friendly. Downfall They only had one place to eat , the restaurant was turned into Buffet only ,$45 per person to eat, or you could get a players card and gamble then buffet would be $15 per person, the wait time was hour and half long, and standing in line. Iast time I went they went you had a restaurant sit down meal and if it was busy you could sit at the bar until your table was ready or eat at the bar. Would I go back not sure "

"Parking didn’t look safe at all. I asked for a 6 am wake up call and didn’t get one. The police were there on Saturday morning due to a husband and wife fighting with each other and their kid was running a muck everywhere. No fridge was on it the room like said online when we booked the room. My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced after Friday night use had to reuse what was there. Call down no one answered. Saturday night the fight was on again with the same family. The mother was beaten the kid in the hallway. Husband was screaming at the wife. A dog was barking down the hallway both nights as he could hear them fighting. The lady that checked me in was great and the two males were absolutely useless. I hope I will never go there ever even if it was free. It’s was the worse experience I’ve ever had in every place I’ve ever stayed in. It was an absolute nightmare. "

"Breakfast was raw fruit, cereal, waffles that had no oil spray, so you couldnt get the waffles out of the machine. And the hardboiled eggs were cold. Toiket kept getting clogged for no reason. Room smelled of weed and so did the hallways "

"Room and bathroom was clean. We had a little trouble turning the tv on (batteries?), but the guy at reception quickly solved the problem. Several restaurants within walking distance. Continental breakfast was great. They could improve the coffee though. :-/"

"Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Bathroom fan was quite loud, as well as the room heating was quite loud. Nice that they have a pool and exercise room."

"The hotel was very loud with kids knocking on doors all night . We were told our floor had no hockey kids and was not true and at 10 pm quiet time it was midnight and kids running around staff just laughed "
