“We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this inn was. Very quaint, clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very helpful at giving us dinner recommendations. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast.”

“We arrived a few days after Labor Day, expecting a full-service hotel with bar, restaurant, pool, etc. Instead, the lounge and restaurant were closed due to "season;" the pool was closed for "maintenance," and the room care was "would you like extra towels?" I was offered (by Expedia and the hotel website) a full-service hotel; I received a Motel6. I intend to bring this to the attention of the Consumer Protection Agency in Connecticut as misrepresentation and, potentially, outright fraud.”
