“The beds were thin and very hard. We had a hard time sleeping. Let’s were allowed and the walls were thin, we heard dogs barking in the rooms next to us all night and day. The hot tub continually broke down. Our elderly friends who needed a handicapped accessible room and made that clear upon booking were put in a regular room for one night with no compensation and could not move them til the next day. And they had to check out of the room they were in by 11 am and couldn’t get into the handicap...

“The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was well maintained and clean. We look forward to staying at the Whalers Hotel again.”

“아침식사는 원하는것 제대로 있어서 좋았다. 주차는 넓은공간많아 아주쉽게 주차했다. 마이크로텔은 비용이 저렴하면서 효율적인 호텔이어서 넘 마음에 들었다.”

“I really enjoyed the stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. My complaint is very specific. You either have to accept heat or accept air conditioning. Apparently my comfort level was riding the line between the two. You can't just choose AC or heat. The heat or AC decides the temperature of the room. Confusing??? Yes!!!! The controls are interconnected.”
