“Great hotel in a former warehouse-type building. Very eclectic, industrial style decor, but the beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are well-stocked and uniquely laid out, and rooms are original and filled with fun accessories. Wish we had more than 1 night to stay here, but we will definitely be back!”

“Easy access to the Memphis downtown and historic places. You can take trolley and bus to the National Civil Rights Museum, Sun Studio. Also there's BikeShare! The Mississippi river is five minutes walk from hotel. Beale street is 15 minutes walk away. ”

“Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.”

“I am currently in the process of writing an email to cooperate concerning the blood that was found on my pillow cases & in the bed my son slept in that we did not notice until the next morning. The staff started taking up the breakfast while we were standing in line before 10 am. Parking staff was a complete joke. A lot of issues never experienced before at a Hilton property”
