Staff was very nice. Hotel was under construction and that was not disclosed. The room had some upgrades but also had some very old parts including carpet and sofa. There was no hot water and AC had one speed. Positives- room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine worked.

The hotel was dirty with old furniture blocking the laundry room. Furniture in hallways was coated with dust. Had hot water in sink in bathroom but no hot water in shower. Food was good at breakfast. Some vending machines were out of service.

The hotel is in need of updating and repairs. They charged a "FACILITY FEE" of $9.95, not sure what this is for! This was not included in the Expedia pricing. The staff was friendly. The lighting in the room is very dim and tv stations are limited. It is difficult to make up the sofa bed. There is a strong chemical odor in the hallway and room.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is pretty dated. That floor in the bathroom had tiles that were broken & shifted quite a bit.

It wasnt the Holiday Inn Express im used to. Its like it was a cheap hotel and they judt stuck Holiday inn Express on it. The elevator didn't work. It was super hot on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was real good.

This hotel is having renovations done. The first room we were put in smelled so musty and had a smell of urine. The carpets need some cleaning. I wore white socks and they were dirty this morning. The elevator was not working and was kinda rough going up with a disabled person. The staff was very nice.
