"Room is big, comfortable beds, next to shopping mall and metro, nearby cafes, good hotel facilities. But the room lift lobby has a smoky smell in the air, like someone smoking in the room or aircon duct. "

"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are very polite and helpful and service is incredible. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious - we often did not eat again until the evening due to how full we would be from the variety of delicious food. We had club lounge access which allowed for some lovely cocktails in the evening with magical views of the surrounding buildings. The pool is heated and offers a great views - a nice place to relax. I would gladly stay here again!"
