"Firstly, this property is in a great location, Bathroom is very clean, bed very firm but comfortable with very clean sheets, coffee, snacks and tea on the ground level no kettle for your morning in room so you have to catch the elevator and back to make your coffe. Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised. "Great location near the train station. Nice room Better instructions for the cleaning machine would have been nice, as well as being able to open the drawer easily, as it was blocked by the bed. We didn't receive the reservation code for the check-in machine, so had we showed up 30 min later, nobody would have been there to help. Maybe make sure guests receive them, as hotels dot com reservation codes don't work. Nice breakfast. Nice terrasse."
