"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. "Great location 20 minutes from Labuan Bajo by boat free taxi service runs during the day at set times if you arrive after dark you go by road 45 minutes but worth it. Fantastic facilities on site, staff could do enough for you, booked a number of off site trips and diving all planned and made so easy by the staff. But always back for a sun down cocktail on the water. Been to many countries and stayed in some fabulous places, this is up there with the best! Might even come back again"

"Really amazing property! Gorgeous and the staff are so attentive and helpful. The jetty was so perfect for Sunny days - can jump into the water and it’s perfect. There’s a bar at the end that will keep you hydrated. Every spot in the hotel was ideal for watching the sunset. Amenities were great, the only reason for 4 stars is that so many of them were behind a “paywall.” When you’re paying this much per night, you would hope that snorkel gear is provided free of charge at the least! With that said, they had a nice yoga/stretching class for free and a well maintained gym."
