It’s one of our favorite places to stay in the wine country. We have stayed several times over the years. The new restaurant is fabulous.

Private little cottages with hardwood floors and deep soaking tubs, wine and cheese at night and a huge breakfast with quiches, waffles and espresso in the morning, your own complimentary bikes for your stay (with helmets , locks, backpacks, and bottled water supplies), plus a picnic basket in your room for your day trips to the wineries. And you can walk across the street to hot springs. Love it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. This place was phenomenal! The rooms were very spacious and as immaculately kept as all the pools, fountains and grounds. The breakfast was beyond continental including unlimited mimosas to go with your fresh espressos. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Every single employee i met inquired if i was finding everything satisfactory or if i had any needs. We even had a microwave brought to one of our rooms for our week long stay. My wife and I checked in here on our Honeymoon and we’re immediately greeted by some of the nicest people we’ve met so far. Extremely helpful and nice and they also upgraded us on our Honeymoon to a wonderful room looking out at the Vineyard. The room was incredible, large and very scenic. We even had our own in room fireplace. The staff is absolutely amazing, and that extends to the Harvest Kitchen which is located near check in. The food service was wonderful, including their pre fix menus....

Nestled amongst dozens of nearby vineyards, this picturesque inn provided all the comforts of an intimate b&b with the high end care of a boutique property. Everything is good at this hotel. We will come to stay again. Front desk and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. They make very good coffee. Complimentary in-room breakfast is convenient. The location is great

We could walk the 2 blocks for shopping and dinner. The owners were great, loved breakfast outside each day, We stayed just 2 night so we had a smaller room. Next time we will stay longer and opt for something larger. We also had a massage one day, Nina and Salvatore were both excellent.

I’m giving this place 5 starts not because we did not encounter issues but because the staff namely the assistant manager stepped up and resolved issues with a smile on her face . The initial rooms bed had a sinkhole in it and the bed you almost fold like a book but Christine heard us and moved us to a beautifully designed room with a good mattress. We experienced staff that were accommodating and friendly both in the hotel and at Sol Bar. The amenities such as chai tea, bottle water, bicycles and complimentary Mercedes Benz made it worth it. Sol Spa was a tranquil experience until the cashier presumptively added a tip onto my bill and practically embarrassed me so I'd sign it. Apparently, that is what the Sol Spa suggests clients to pay. Meadowwood is a special place. We stayed in a treetop room with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was luxury all the way. We enjoyed a meal at the poolside bar and were entertained by a gracious bartender who took good care of us. Everyone we encountered treated us well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is truly 5 stars. The staff was very accommodating upon arrival. The room was eloquent and inspiring with classical music already playing when we entered. After a long day of tastings, we were not in the mood to attend our dinner reservations, so thankfully the staff allowed us to order from the restaurant, Chalkboard, although it was a bit after the restaurant was technically 'closed'. I expect a lot at $500+ a night. Napa River Inn delivers a solid experience for the Expedia traveler. Upgraded river view room! Check! Free bottle of wine! Check! Free parking! Check! Everything about the Senza Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious with high quality amenities and the staff was friendly and attentive. We definitely have this on our list for another stay in the near future!

Staff was very responsive. Drop off and pickup from restaurants, bell hop service and room cleaning were excellent.
