"Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )"

Rooms service options are great and convenient- I had mimosas, a bread basket, strawberries and cream and macaroons! The vineyard is a great morning hike and the pool is heated. Wow I was beyond pleased "

"The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. It was perfect for a relaxing wind down close to yountville. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I loved the fireplace feature in the room and the wine upon arrival was a nice touch. It was easy to get to the wineries from the hotel and had excellent amenities with two separate fire pits. "
