The location is unbeatable, right next to Napoli Centrale train station, which made getting around the city and traveling to places like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast extremely convenient. Despite the busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, both Italian and international. The coffee was also top-notch, just what you need to start your day in Italy. Highly recommend Starhotels Terminus for anyone visiting Naples—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Very nice room. Great daily cleaning service. Staff excellent, staff aim to please. Bfst room beautiful; would have liked something more than cookies to eat. The streets were extremely dirty with garbage, dog feces as well as uneven walkway/roads made walking less enjoyable. Pepe hotel was welcome and pleasant escape from the outside. Recommend this place if one should go to Naples."

"I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street."

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe."

"The hotel was very conveniently located for the activities we did while in Naples. We were walking distance to the train station, about 1.5 miles to the docks and about 2.5 miles to the airport. Breakfast was not included but was delicious and convenient before starting our day."

"The lady at check-in was very kind and helpful and guided us thru everything. The room was in excellent condition, just as pictured! Would come back again. Metro station is less than 10 min walk. Everything conveniently located. Def recommend!"
