Caprice 9 was uninhabitable; it had live/crawling roaches and a half eaten rat contaminating the pool. It was not stocked with any appliances or dishes only dead roaches in the drawers and cabinets. To say the least it was traumatizing. They changed us to a smaller villa and stated that they changed our villa and didn't notify us before we got there. The smaller villa was not what we paid for and our host, Alicia, that we would be compensated for the move and the difference for the villas, she didn't give us an orientation on how anything worked before she left but told us to contact her with any issues. Our toilets were not working, the hot water wouldn't come on, the pool needed cleaning, ran out of paper products, etc. We tried calling and texting Alicia and never heard back from her since she left us at check in. Tried contacting her supervisor, Jason, and was told that Alicia would contact us but she never did. Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience!

This beautiful villa was spacious with many areas to enjoy the wonderful view. The host was attentive and was able to resolve a problem quickly. The views from the villa were amazing!! Location was great.
