“The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The staff, from the reception area onward, were welcoming, helpful, and polite, which made the stay pleasant. The only downside was that the rooms were not soundproof, and the breakfast was definitely not worth the price. If breakfast is not included in your booking, I would recommend trying nearby restaurants instead, as the food outside is much cheaper and offers better value.”

“This boutique hotel is very charming, beautiful, and well-kept. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the property itself is lovely. However, the check-in experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited at the gate for a long time with no assistance. One of the entrance gates doesn’t work, and if it hadn’t been for a kind person driving by who stopped to tell us to use the other entrance, we would have had no idea what to do. The hotel never sent any email or instructions explaining...

“Humidity was so high in room my clothes the sheets and even things I put in safe were soaked. They moved me to another room which was under original and sane problem. I gave up. Obviously problem with dehumidifier. Also no AC in gym. Black mold problem in gym was so bad gym stunk and could smell from outside building. Toilet did not work Had to request multiple times to get room cleaned. Coffee in room but no coffee maker”

“Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!”
