“The breakfast was terrible. The water pressure was non existent and sometimes there was no water. Overall I would not stay there again.”

“Hotel in located in city center, perfect location. The room was a little outdated but superclean. But we did not sleep till 2 a.m., because there was so much noise and people talking and screaming all night long, stuff did nothing to calm this chaos. We heard an American turist left the hotel in the middle od the night and told to the stuff it is impossible to sleep in this hotel. Altough the hotel was clean and on perfect location, it was our worst stay on Bahamas.”

“This was our 2nd stay after 7 years. The 1st time was better. Pros: The rooms and property were clean and well-maintained. The food and food choices were good to very good. The service hosts at the restaurants were very helpful and had the best attitudes. The beach, pool, swim-up bar, and the entertainment including the d.j. in the 24 hour bar were great! “The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said...

“We liked how warm were people. The hotel has a lot of amenities and overall clean. However they were some renovation and the rooms had some smell ( not bad smell but moldy smell ). What we liked the most was the foods. The chefs are very talented. The overall experience and stay were great”
