"子連れで友人家族と一緒に宿泊しました。おしゃれで清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。和室の布団がマットレスだったのもありがたかったです。強いて言えば、・専用駐車場に行くまでの道が細く、見つけづらい。大きい車は駐車が大変かもしれない。・宿泊した日がたまたま雪の日で、暖房をつけても家全体が寒かった。（ガスストーブは暖かかった）・階段が急だが手すりがないので、上がるのがちょっと怖い。"

"Had our own onsen in our suite. Kaiseki breakfast and dinner was excellent along with friendly staff. Location right next to suspension bridge, excellent coffee across the street at Luna. We rented a car, hotel had free parking across the street."

"This is a modern hotel. The beds were much softer than we have previously found in Japan. The hotel is some distance from the train/bus station and shops and restaurants. But a 1000 Yen taxi from the train station got us there OK. The hotel has a small shop selling food (soups, pizza etc) and drinks (Inc beer and wine). While we were there, there was a breakfast cart outside from which we purchased a nice breakfast one morning. Staff were always friendly and helpful."
