"Room is small which fine for solo travel. You store your bags underneath the bed as long as your bags have normal thickness not trunk like thickness. The room and bathroom/toilet is clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast were OK. The location is perfect, about 5-7 minutes walk, depending how fast you walk, from East exit (5 & 6) Shin Osaka station station. "We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed one night in between travelling. We had a triple single room and the armchair folded out to a single bed which had been made up. The room was small but was perfect for what we needed. Bathroom and separate toilet were clean and quite spacious. Easy access to Shin-Osaka station and local convenience stores.
