"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "Room is small which fine for solo travel. You store your bags underneath the bed as long as your bags have normal thickness not trunk like thickness. The room and bathroom/toilet is clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast were OK. The location is perfect, about 5-7 minutes walk, depending how fast you walk, from East exit (5 & 6) Shin Osaka station station. Plenty of restaurants in Shin Osaka station East exitbor outside by the hotel"
"We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed one night in between travelling. We had a triple single room and the armchair folded out to a single bed which had been made up. The room was small but was perfect for what we needed. Bathroom and separate toilet were clean and quite spacious. Easy access to Shin-Osaka station and local convenience stores. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend."
