"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? "ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。 口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。 吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。 部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。 朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。 でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。 あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。 あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"

"The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area."

"We had a 16 days Minakani Onsen trip, staying in 6 different hotels. We stayed at Hotel Lomosa for 3 nights in total. We had clean, big and two queen size beds room, with buffet breakfast included. Excellent staff provided great service. The buffet was nice and thoughtful. The onsen quality and bathing area are totally acceptable! The owner drove us between hotel and train station was greatly appreciated! We wish Lomosa the best!!!"
