“Great communication; the porch was so nice to relax on. Cookies in cute bags hung on our door every afternoon. Coffee/Tea bar with a special treat was great! The only thing I wish is that the mini refrigerator was bigger. But this is truly a gem to stay at! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!”

The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. “Great location in Belmar perfectly between the beach and downtown. Cute house with a lovely porch with tables and chairs in a quiet neighborhood. However, our room had a lot of wall and ceiling damage and was very musty/mildewy (got lucky that the weather was chilly so we could open the windows and get fresh air). We were in room #3 which was also missing a smoke detector. The bathroom was quite spacious but had an incredibly small and leaky shower oddly, and the room floors were sandy and...
