โA cosy and comfortable guest house, the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The small en-suite single bedroom had everything you need (although the tv was quite high up, however there is a small sitting room with sofas and a larger tv if you want it). The host was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast choice was excellent and very nicely done. Would happily stay again if I was in the area. โ

โI stayed 2 nights in the Seaview Hotel in July 2025 - on arrival, I was struck by the age and traditional appearance of the building, and wondered how such a small property could offer rooms. Inside, it's gorgeous - a lot of money has been spent on developing the property, and very thoughtful touches have been added to the rooms. It was extremely comfortable, and the food in the bistro was excellent. Highly recommended!โ
โReception staff couldn't be more helpful, My work is nightshifts and they have accommodated by giving me a ground level room close to entry/exit where my vehicleis located, This is my second booking here and would not stay anywhere else.โ
โreally solid place to stay. comfortable, quiet & scrupulously clean. for somewhere just to put my head down after a long day, it was perfect. didn't eat or drink so can't comment on bar, but it looked great. would have liked a couple of lemon & ginger infusions along with coffee in the room mind...โ
โLovely little room with everything i needed. Everything was spotless and in good order the hardest thing to do was get out of bed in the morning so comfortable i will be back โ
โHotel was very convenient for Crimond race track.
Staff were very helpful. The main road outside was closed due to a burst water pipe. To get to the track would have taken over an hour, instead of 10 minutes if the diversion signs were followed.
They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map!
Everything was spotlessly clean.

All meals were of a very high standard, ser ved hot and quickly. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Breakfast was good but slightly slow service which wasnโt our servers fault as she was very busy & working alone. She was very friendly.
Bar stayed open late which worked well with us catching up with friends. And the bar staff were great, didnโt feel like they were rushing us at the end of the night. โ
โOwner was really nice, we were the only ones there at the time and got given an upgrade. Games room was great everything was clean, look forward to coming back โ
โHotel has that lived in, cozy feel. The staff is terrific, the food quite good, the best sticky toffee pudding in Scotland! We have stayed there twice and will return again next month.โ
โThoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The meals were excellent, however Iโd recommend that you book your time of eating in advance of staying at the hotel because the week end was very busy and we didnโt get served our meal the Saturday night until after 8 pm.โ
