“My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

“From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. “The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room. ”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“We booked through Expedia email said to cancel appointment it had to be by 4pm we didn’t even find out we would need to cancel appointment until after 4pm because our flight got in at 3:30pm, we had to pick up our car rental and then drive over an hour to get to the hotel. When we finally got there the room smelled so bad like bleach or chlorine I could barely breathe. We went to get another room somewhere else and checked out the next morning as by the time we got another room it was late and...

“Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”
